Trestle Board - December 2024

As November comes to a close, we hope everyone had a great and safe Thanksgiving Holiday with family and loved ones! Also, this month, we had a chance to wish all our Masonic Veterans a Happy Veterans Day. We want to extend our gratitude and respect for those who have served our country and families that support them.

The last couple of meetings we had the pleasure of hosting several guest lecturers. Ionic is a lodge thirsty for Masonic Light and these presentations add so much to our meetings. Thanks go out to W:. Jon (Ionic), W:. Mike (Duval), W:. Todd (Mandarin) for providing Light to the Craft! Ionic will definitely be having more lectures in the New Year. We also had a DDGM from Rockwall, TX visit us and share in fellowship with our Brothers.

One of the highlights for the lodge this month was being able to present Brother Robert with his Service Award for 65 Years of faithfully service to the Fraternity. This was indeed a pleasure for all in attendance. This is a milestone very few will reach; Grand Honors were well deserved. Congratulations again, Brother Robert!

Currently, Ionic is excited to have three Brothers studying for their catechism proficiency; Bro. Zach (MM), Bro. Camilo (MM), Bro. Will (EA). We'll be gearing up for a FC Degree after the first of the year. Special thanks to our Instructor, W:. Jeffrey, PM, for helping us to build the future of Ionic Lodge. Brother Jeffrey has a true gift for mentorship, and we are truly indebted to him.
